Kissable Complexions: Foundations for your skin

why?
Young, youthful skin does not need a lot of coverage usually. Maybelline recently came out with their new foundation ‘Fit Me’ and I can honestly say it is one of the best drugstore foundations I have ever tried. It promotes flawless coverage while also leaving your skin looking natural and real.
Coverage: medium-full
Very Dry: Boots No 7
why?
When it comes to dry skin many foundations can leave you looking cakey and cracked. To avoid this mistake try using whipped or cream foundations. These type of foundations will give you a more moistened look instead of just old and dry. Apply with a Kabuki and blend well for ultimate coverage.
Coverage: medium-full
Oily Shine: MUFE Mat Velvet
why?
If your makeup wears off within hours you are dealing with the ‘Oily’ skin type. This skin can be frustrating at times because makeup usually just melts off or seeps into the pores. Try MUFE’s Mat Velvet+ foundation for all day stay without re-application or oily shine!
Coverage: Full
Normal Combo: UD Naked Skin
why?
Combination skin usually doesn’t need much coverage because it doesn’t break out or get dry or oily, its  just normal and can handle anything, which is really lucky! For this type try UD’s Naked Skin foundation, used by many makeup artists on clients for events, this will give a beautiful complexion.
Coverage: Light
why?
It can be quit frustrating working with acne and trying to make it look good with foundation. A common mistake is layering it on, which only makes it look worse. Don’t worry about that anymore with Laura Mercier’s Oil & Silicone-free supreme coverage. Without the normal ingredients most foundations out there have you will find your skin with less breakouts and looking better within weeks!
Coverage: Medium-full
why?
As we age we tend to use heavier coverage to hide fine lines and wrinkles, well we don’t need to do this anymore with Estee Lauders Double Wear. It gives you coverage as if your skin was years younger, it does not seep into lines nor does it make you appear older with heaviness!
Coverage: Full
Brushes are an important part to foundation application! For the best coverage try Sigma’s foundation brushes today!
